Clinic for Back-to-School Required Vaccines

On Monday, August 22, 2016 (4:00 PM – 6:30 PM), the Champaign Health District will be hosting a Back-to-School Vaccine Clinic. This clinic is for those students entering Kindergarten, Seventh grade, and their senior year of High School who need the required vaccinations.
