What is the C.M.H. Program?

The Complex Medical Help program supports diagnostic and coordinated treatment services for children with chronic health care needs.

To Qualify a Child Must:

Be under 24 years of age
Be an Ohio resident
Be under the care of a CMH approved physician
Have an eligible medical condition that requires further treatment
Be financially eligible for CMH in order to consider coverage for treatment services
