2015 Community Health Assessment

The Champaign Health District and its county partners met on October 30th, 2014 to discuss accomplishments and activities for the current Champaign County Community Health Improvement Plan. In addition, the team had preliminary discussions on the scope of the next community health assessment in 2015.
