Immunization Clinic Hours

Beginning Monday October 6, 2014 our immunization clinic hours will be as follows:

Monday – Walk-In

Wednesday – By appointment time. 0830 AM – 3:30 PM.

First and Third Thursdays of the month by appointment. 2:00 PM until 6:30 PM.
