Lets Talk About Postpartum Depression...

Postpartum depression (PPD) is a mood disorder that can affect women within one year of giving birth.


Some signs and symptoms of PPD include:
Persistent sadness
Lack of interest in activities you used to enjoy
Changes in sleep patterns
Loss of appetite or eating more than usual
Feelings of worthlessness or hopelessness
Difficulty bonding with your baby
Thoughts of harming yourself or your baby


PPD can be treated.
