The Champaign Health District nuisance investigation program aims to protect the community against public health nuisance conditions that could adversely affect the health and welfare of persons in the community.
The Champaign Health District’s Environmental Health Technician investigates over 250 complaints of trash, sewage, housing, rodents, open burning, mold, and dead animals annually. We abate threats to public health through orders and court action.
